Easy Orange Cake Recipe (from our Starter Issue)C

Hello lovelies!

This simple Orange Cake recipe featured in our very first publication, the Hundreds and Thousands Starter Issue, on one of our "Pop on an Apron" pages. Since both our Starter Issue and Issue One have completely sold out we thought we'd share this yummy recipe here with you.

Easy Orange Cake

150 g melted butter/marge
3 extra large eggs
150 ml milk
50 ml orange juice
grated orange rind (1 orange)
500 ml SR flour
pinch salt
250 ml caster sugar

1. Beat butter, eggs, milk, orange juice, rind well
2. Sift dry ingredients 
3. add dry ingredients to butter mixture
4. blend well together
5. Pour into two 20cm cake tins that have been well greased
6. Bake at 180 C for about 30 minutes
7. Ice when cool
